Return and exchanges

Returns

You, the customer, is responsible for the return at your expenses. We do not offer any free return service. Orders can be returned for any reason within 30 days of the delivery date. To receive a full refund, returned products should not have been used and need to be in the same shape and condition as when you received them together with their original packaging.

When returning any product(s) you are responsible to prove the product(s) has been returned and to return them with a recognized carrying firm of your choice that will provide proof of shipping and delivery.

Returning your order
To initiate a return, please contact us by mail shop@steenby.com and ship your product recognized carrying firm of your choice that will provide proof of shipping and delivery.

Refunds
After your return is received, we will evaluate your order. If your return is approved, we will refund the order value to the original payment method. While the refund is immediate on our end, it can take a few days for your bank to process. Please allow 5-10 bank days for the refund to be processed.
